Holy Family First Communion

Thirty-two boys and girls received First Communion at Holy Family on Sunday. Thanks to Holy Family and to the First Communicants for inviting us to record this beautiful ceremony.

Storytelling at Lakeview--and That's No Lie!

Linda Lowery kicked off the 12th Annual Tales from the Trail Storytelling Festival at Lakeview Library on Friday evening. The Festival features six "storytellers" appearing at six public libraries throughout central Illinois.

Events will be held this weekend at Pekin, Peoria Heights, and Farmington Public Libraries. Contact the respective libraries for program times.
